According to reports in the US autopsy results have revealed Brittany Murphy accidental death which caused by"
"community acquired pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia and multiple drug intoxication"
LA County Coroner officially believe that Murphy condition was entirely "treatable" had she been taken to hospital in time, however her body had been "pushed over the line" by taking prescription medication for cramps and over-the-counter medication such as cough syrup.
