Although we didn't see Lady Gaga doing a speech at the Grammy Awards 2010, Gaga Tweet a picture while she is backstage at the Grammys emotional when she heard that she won two awards. Lady Gaga tweeted:

"beautiful photo taken of me the moment I found out i won my grammys. All the hundreds of songs I wrote, the thousands of shows, the fans, all the blood and tears flashing instantly. photo by haus member the famous "Dada" Williams"

Lady Gaga won two awards for Best Electronic/Dance Album and Best Dance Recording.

Autopsy Results Brittany Murphy Death

According to reports in the US autopsy results have revealed Brittany Murphy accidental death which caused by"

"community acquired pneumonia, iron deficiency anemia and multiple drug intoxication"

LA County Coroner officially believe that Murphy condition was entirely "treatable" had she been taken to hospital in time, however her body had been "pushed over the line" by taking prescription medication for cramps and over-the-counter medication such as cough syrup.
