Yesterday Gaga just Tweeted a picture with her new tattoo, saying "Little Monsters", and yep..it's dedicated for her fans.

Gaga tweeted:

"look what i did last night. little monsters forever, on the arm that holds my mic. xx"

I'm sure that Lady Gaga fans are really excited about this..which I am!
